A Partnership for Success In Remote Learning
Student Responsibilities:
1. Student will seek help from their classroom teachers or TC for academic classes as needed.
2. Student will join the TC groups when they are scheduled.
3. Student will stay in all classes during instructional time.
4. Student will study and prepare for all assessments (tests/quizzes).
6. Student will complete all assignments.
7. Students will record assignments and maintain an organizational system.
Parent Responsibilities:
1. Parent will communicate concerns with the TC or teachers as needed.
2. Parent will visit Parent Portal (Power School) to view grades and weekly progress for their child.
3. Parent will visit classroom webpages or schoology weekly in order to educate themselves about what is going on in their child's classroom.
TC (Provider) Responsibilities:
1. Provider will provide support in academic classes based on the Supplementary Aides and Supports
page in the student IEP.
2. Provider will notify the teachers of the IEP accommodations listed on the student IEP and work with
them to ensure the proper supports are in place.
3. Provider will monitor academic progress, behavior, and attendance in all classes.
4. Provider will communicate with classroom teachers as needed.
5. Provider will promote good organization, homework completion, and study skills.
6. Provider will hold a yearly IEP meeting to discuss academic progress and transition considerations.
7. Provider will monitor and report on IEP goals quarterly.

2. Student will visit the TC room at least once a week…..Even if classes are going well.
3. Student will stay in all classes during instructional time.
4. Before student comes to the TC room, the student will understand what they need to do to complete
an assignment and come with all the necessary materials.
